Enginuity Engineering Solutions, LLC (Enginuity) is a woman-owned solutions firm specializing in civil engineering and information technology. The core mission of Enginuity is to supply civil engineering and IT services and talent to both private and public sector clients including local, state and federal government agencies. Enginuity is a unique blending of talent acquisition (recruiting and staffing) and consulting. By combining these two business models, Enginuity is readily able to meet both the short-term and long-term needs of our clients. Having a solid footprint in the civil engineering and IT industries, our talent acquisition team has a broad network of professionals to pull from to meet the needs of our clients who have permanent and temporary staffing needs.
Blending Compatible Services
There are numerous factors putting pressure on today’s engineering and IT specialty firms as well as the professionals themselves. Those include limited infrastructure funding, a limited professional talent pool, staffing demands on large projects, and a changing workforce with values that emphasize a balance of work and personal life. Enginuity seeks to provide solutions for our clients and for professionals by providing three areas of focus to meet our clients’ needs:

- Staff Augmentation/Temporary Staffing

What is unique about the solutions that Enginuity provides is the resultant overlap of our blended services. These areas of overlap create flexibility for our clients and are further explained below:
1. Flexible Engineering - Our staff consultants can be directly available to you via our staff augmentation service or we can provide independent contractors to our clients. This allows us to provide for our clients short-term needs for projects that require immediate attention or for which a full-time position is not required, desired, or necessary.
2. Knowledge Recruiting - Our talent acquisition and staffing team can seek out professionals in the industry who are seeking full-time employment to find a challenging new position or potential promotion. Enginuity is different in this area because we have full-time engineers and IT professionals working in the industry. No other staffing company provides consulting services as part of their core business.
3. "Try Before You Buy" - Staff working with clients on a temporary basis have the potential to be hired by our clients. Let Enginuity cover the overhead while you evaluate the performance of a professional over a period of time.
